I want to tell you about the place we stayed at in Puerto Rico. It's called Brisas del Mar and it is amazing. We've stayed at a lot of places in Rincón and this was the best. You just can't beat it for value. Brisas del Mar is brand new, clean and spacious. It is a three bedroom, two bath, 2nd floor unit located directly on the 413 Road to Paradise just east of the Lazy Parrot and right up the hill from Sandy Beach. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking a wooded forest full of birds. The north coast on the Atlantic Ocean is just a ½ mile in the distance, framed by the beautiful view of the island of Desecheo. It is close enough to see whitecaps from the cool trade winds. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern conveniences from colorful terra cota style plates and mugs to the programmable coffee maker that's perfect for dawn patrol. There is a Surround Sound DVD player for watching surf movies. There are brand new a/c units in all 3 of the bedrooms to keep you chillin'. The décor is bright, light and tropical. The 3 bedrooms and spacious living room provide ample space for the entire family or group. All this at a reasonable price. Brisas is perfect for family vacations or group surf trips. The downstairs unit is also available for those who would like separate units. This property is gated and secured. The swimming pool down stairs is new and cool. It has a nice deck and mens and womens restrooms. Brisas del Mar is a great place for family vacations with all the comforts of home, minutes from everything including the Caribbean's biggest waves at Tres Palmas, Maria's, and Domes.
